Baray is the reservoir for your local agent network.

It lives on your Mac, learns your working context, and routes requests through Teamspaces, agent teams, local tools, gateways, schedules, and orchestrators such as Donna and Jake.

A Khmer baray stores water and feeds a city through canals. Baray stores useful context and feeds your agent canvas through visible channels.

A channel can be a workflow

Teamspaces are channels you create: each one can be a specialist, an agent team, or a visual pipeline with tools, conditions, loops, and outputs.

Intelligence is orchestration

Baray does not just answer. Donna or Jake can decide which workflow fits the request, call the right channel, and return a result you can inspect.

Local-first control

App data starts on your Mac. Codex CLI handles local execution, Telegram is optional, and sensitive tool access stays explicit.

Planning and routines

Baray can prepare recurring actions for checks, follow-ups, reports, maintenance, research, or personal routines.

What Baray is not

Baray is not here to replace you. It removes repeated friction so you can do better work faster while keeping the channels visible.
